just did a run, completed origami, glass, and beat the game, and no achievements unlocked. i also broke 30 tiles and returned the usb. did these break in an update?

Really hoping i can get some help with this. I just started playing Annie after not playing for 2 months or longer. I never had a problem before now. Right after the game is loaded & playing i immediately get an error code "Failed to load: audio/se/splat3.ogg" (last word will change often from /splat3 to /clank2 or /tap2 etc, etc) with a RETRY button. Everything freezes until i press "RETRY" which starts the game for approx. 10 sec & then says it again, over & over. I can't even exit as all is frozen. What...

Can't think of anything to do.

When we have to find the 4th switch in the dark room, but instead we go to the "control room" again, and there we once again use the switch twhich opened the door to the place with books and mirror, then the 4th switch that we have to find will disappear and it will not be possible to progress in the game. The only way is to load the game from before....

I'm basically softlocked in the dark room where i have to find the fourth switch but i've gone through the whole map and nothing, i've also tried restarting the game and it still doesn't show up, i hope to be able to continue the game soon since I like it a lot...
